As Nicki Minaj would say, “Let’s go to the beach, BEACH”!

Tampa Bay has (in our un-biased opinion) the best beaches in Florida. But what makes a good beach? We believe it’s a combination of soft sand, warm water, stunning views, easy parking, fun activities, and delicious food and drink options. Keep reading to discover where you can find us chillax’n in Tampa Bay!

1. St Pete Beach-The Fun Beach

Last year Trip advisor named St Pete Beach the #1 beach in the US! This popular gulf coast beach spot has clear blue water, soft sand, and tons of activities for everyone. For the nature-lover we recommend the Secret Garden at the end of Upham Beach. It’s the perfect place to release stress from everyday life and chill out next to some cool plants. Or if you are looking to kick off your Sunday Funday, head over to Postcard Inn. They have a full liquor bar, fried beach food, and volleyball nets! Pro Tip: Bring some CBD lotion to avoid feeling sore after you kill it in the volleyball game.

2. Clearwater Beach-The Family Beach

Clearwater is a great family friendly beach destination. There are lots of water activities to try. Kayaks and paddle boards are great for beginners looking for a chill activity. For the more adventurous spirits, there are jet skis, and even parasailing excursions! We like to wind down in the evening with a sunset walk on the pier and a cocktail from Clearwater classic, Frenchy’s Bar and Grill! Make sure to bring some CBD to add to your cocktail!

3. Madeira Beach-The Relaxing Beach

Madeira Beach landed on Trip Advisor’s #9 spot on the best beaches list last year. Arrive early as this beach can get busy on the weekends. After you catch some sun make sure to check out John’s pass! They’ve got over 100 restaurants, shops, and water recreation activities. They even have a tiki tour boat you can rent for a few hours that drives around the inlet while you sip on fruity cocktails and enjoy the beautiful shoreline.

4. Davis Island Dog Beach-The Dog Beach

We had to include a dog beach on our list because who doesn’t love a beach that’s full of dogs?? If you’re looking for a boost of serotonin you need to check out Davis Island Dog Beach. Located at the end of Davis Island, next to the local airport is a small beach and park with relaxing views of Tampa’s skyline. Take your doggy for a dip or have a semi-secluded picnic at one of the picnic tables. Don’t forget to bring some CBD Beverage Enhancer when you go to help you relax and wind down. This beach is never crowded and is always a fun time.

5. Beer Can Island Beach-The Insta-Worthy Beach

Beer Can Island beach is one of the most unique beaches we have seen in Florida. How unique can a beach get? It’s just sand and ocean, you say. This hidden beach is full of waterlogged trees and driftwood, that provide shade, photo ops and a perfect beach day. It is a bit hard to find, hidden in a neighborhood at the tip of Longboat Key. If you are lucky enough to find parking in the neighborhood, consider yourself lucky. Otherwise, you can park on the other side of the bridge and walk across. You can even ride a boat up to the beach and chill out on the shore. The water is super clear here and worth the hour and a half drive from Tampa.
